Japan Government to allow internet over power lines

Tokyo Electric Power Co., Asia's largest power producer, added 70 yen, or 2.1 percent, to 3,450. Kansai Electric Power Co., Japan's second largest, advanced 40 yen, or 1.5 percent, to 2,805. The government will allow Internet service companies to provide access through electric power lines by the end of this year, the Sankei newspaper reported
